This is truly a tragic story. A very young boy lost his life in an accident, doing something that is supposed to be fun. There are not a lot of details, but one must wonder why a 10-year-old boy was operating what is essentially a motor vehicle. Where the parents okay with this, did they know about his, was the ATV in safe operating order? These are all questions that should be asked. If in fact, this happened while someone else was watching the child, or if the ATV being operated was not safe to use, then someone may be responsible for the loss of this young life. If you have lost a child while he or she was in the care of another individual, please do not delay and give our offices a call. You do not have to face this very tragic time alone.
