According to Abc13 News, a grandfather, grandmother, their daughter along with her four children and her children’s uncle were all present in their home when a fire outbreak started at their resident at 19000 block of Johnson Road near Tamina.

One of the children, his uncle, and grandfather suffered critical burns. The children’s mother and the grandmother suffered minor injuries. The report says the father of the children was working out of state.

Three police officers also suffered smoke inhalation while trying to rescue family members from the flames.

Three children were pronounced dead at the scene, according to an official.
