Odessa legal practitioner Rahul Malhotra is Of Counsel to KRW, known as KRW Lawyers throughout Texas.
Mr. Malhotra’s compassionate approach results from his vast portfolio of experiences while growing up in New Delhi, India, and Toronto, Canada. Rahul’s diverse cultural perspective inspires his professional drive while providing invaluable insight and sensitivity to his clientele.
Rahul’s West Texas legal practice litigates personal injury-related cases: Wrongful Death, 18-Wheeler and Commercial Truck Accidents, Oil Field Injury, Work Accidents, Mass Tort Cases, specifically Product Liability, and bad faith insurance matters for hard-working Texans and their families.

Rahul is an international attorney who is also a member of the Texas Bar Foundation, which provides the necessary funding needed to enhance, improve and protect the rule of law as practiced in the Texas justice system. Quite an honor, as only one-half of 1% of Texas lawyers are bestowed with this honor.
Rahul Malhotra is licensed to practice law in Texas, Federal and State District Courts, and the Province of Ontario, Canada. He is a member of the Ector and Midland County Bar Association and the Law Society of Ontario.
Rahul has also been previously selected by his peers as a Texas “Super Lawyer” by Thompson Reuters, an honor reserved for the top 5% of practicing attorneys in the State of Texas.
His legal ability, ethical standards, and cultural perspectives have earned Rahul an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest-ranking a lawyer can achieve.
In addition, Mr. Malhotra was selected by Legal Leaders as one of Texas’ Top-Rated Lawyers. Finally, he has earned a lifetime member status of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum for his hard work representing Texans against corporations, oil companies, and the insurance industry.
Rahul graduated in 1989 from the York University Political Science Program in Toronto, Canada, and he later obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Houston School of Law in 1996, where he fell in love with all things Texas.
