Climate Litigation Is on the Rise

Climate change litigation is on the rise around the world, with lawsuits brought in at least 28 countries, according to a policy report released earlier this year by the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is conducting its 12th investigation into crashes involving Tesla vehicles and their autopilot feature.
