Mr. Morales is a native El Pasoan, received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso in May 2000 and began his professional career in July 1999 as an instructor of mariachi music in the Socorro Independent School District where he later taught math until May 2004. Mr. Morales received his law degree from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since May 2008.

An experienced litigator, Mr. Morales began his legal career as Assistant District Attorney in El Paso County where he tried numerous criminal cases involving drunk drivers and assault family violence. Since then, and for the last 10 years, Mr. Morales has dedicated his legal career to both defending and prosecuting numerous personal injury cases throughout the State of Texas. Mr. Morales’ unique and extensive legal background includes serving as Staff Counsel for some of the largest insurance companies in the country. Mr. Morales has acquired a unique skillset that makes him a highly effective advocate and keenly aware of the idiosyncrasies involved in successfully navigating a case through the justice system.
