Dave Kelner practices law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
His proactive approach to serving his clients was evident while he was in law school, when Dave worked at the Villanova Civil Justice Clinic, helping indigent clients with a wide variety of civil issues.
Dave is licensed to practice law in the States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as the Young Lawyers Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
His practice is focused on helping workers who were exposed to asbestos on the job.

Dave received a commendation from the Pennsylvania Bar Association for his work on the Constitutional Law Commission’s Education Funding Reform Committee.
Born and raised in West Michigan, Dave served in the U.S. Coast Guard prior to earning his Bachelor’s degree in History from Michigan State University in 2009. He then went on to Villanova University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2012.
Dave is an avid golfer and enjoys cycling along Philadelphia’s Schuylkill River with his wife, Danielle, and their two children, Isla and Jack.
