Matthew believes that his clients are hard-working individuals who deserve to be represented by an attorney who is willing to work just as hard as they do.
Matthew’s legal practice litigates asbestos-related cases including asbestosis, asbestos-related products and asbestos bankruptcy trusts claims, as well as cases involving mesothelioma, personal injury, wrongful death, and defective products. He is extremely knowledgeable about how to properly navigate through the complicated legal issues related to asbestos claims and has successfully represented tens of thousands of clients who have fallen victim to asbestos exposure in the workplace, recovering over a half-billion dollars on their behalf.
“I REPRESENT SOME OF THE HARDEST WORKING INDIVIDUALS AROUND. THEY MAY NOT HAVE FAME OR FORTUNE, BUT THEY SURE AS HECK KNOW THE DEFINITION OF HARD WORK AND WHAT IT TAKES TO PROVIDE FOR THEIR FAMILIES. AFTER YEARS OF ASBESTOS EXPOSURE, THESE INDIVIDUALS NOW NEED SOMEONE WHO IS WILLING TO WORK JUST AS HARD FOR THEM. THAT’S WHAT I DO. MY WORK IS MY PASSION. NOT A DAY GOES BY THAT I’M NOT WORKING MY HARDEST, FIGHTING FOR THE JUSTICE THEY DESERVE. WHAT A GREAT TRAGEDY IT IS KNOWING THESE INNOCENT HUMAN BEINGS ARE SUFFERING FROM SUCH TERRIBLE DISEASES, WHICH COULD HAVE EASILY BEEN PREVENTED BY THOSE CORPORATIONS WHO CHOSE TO FAVOR PROFITS OVER HEALTH. I WON’T TOLERATE SUCH INJUSTICE.”
