KXAN– A Central Texas woman notified Clifton police that a man from Round Rock she met on a dating app wanted to have sexual relations with her 13-year-old daughter. Police said Emit De La Rosa had met the woman through a dating app and sprouted a relationship and asked about her home life. The woman talked about her daughter, and that’s when the relationship went south. De La Rosa began asking the woman to coax the girl to have sex with him. KXAN reported two Waco employees at the local day care, Miss Pepper’s Daycare, were arrested and the facility was shut down after allegations of child abuse. Both women turned themselves in after an arrest warrant was obtained. In April, reports of child abuse prompted the Crimes Against Children Detective Unit to investigate the business.
