KRISTV– Family and friends have identified the victim of a fatal pedestrian accident fatality. The victim, 47-year-old Mariselda Ybarra was walking home from work when she was killed after being struck by a sports utility vehicle near the intersection of Ayers Street and McArdle Road around 3:30 a.m. Saturday morning. When first responders arrived, they pronounced the woman dead at the scene. Bexar County Sheriff’s Office Employee Arrested

A Bexar County Sheriff’s Office employee was arrested, according to KSAT12. The employee is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol. 36-year-old Noah Garcia was pulled over early Friday morning. He was stopped by San Antonio police about 1:45 a.m. near the intersection of Southeast Military Drive and Goliad Road. Garcia was arrested and charged with DWI. Unlicensed Driver Charged With Manslaughter

KXAN– According to Austin police, 21-year-old Bernadette Gonzales was charged with manslaughter for the deadly crash that killed 18-year-old passenger Frank Ramos in December. On December 20, Gonzales was running late taking passengers to work when the vehicle suffered a tire blowout, and she lost control. Woman Turned Herself in for Drunk Driving The Houston Chronical reported, Marissa Ann Sluss, 25, and Hannah Webb were charged with driving while intoxicated and public intoxication around 3 a.m. after Sluss called 911 on herself.
